Returns

If you return an item requesting a refund within 7 days of delivery we'll give you a full refund. If 7 days have gone by since you've received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

If an item is faulty, it needs to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We do not accept returns for Jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

A majority of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time beading may become displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. Every order is hand checked and we will never send out a dress where 20% or more of the beads are missing. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for missing beads.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the product has been worn or damaged i.e. makeup marks and perfume smells, it will not be eligible for refund.
If we do not receive your return within 10 days of a refund being requested, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

All sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are offered.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
